Come with Rosina & I to the Genesee Country Village & Museum, an area nestled in the town of Mumford, NY. This living museum features a live interpretation of the ways of the local residents dating back to the 19th century.

During this particular trip, it was maple syrup season! We were able to learn about the tools & processes they used in the 19th century as well as how those processes changed. These methods were used to make maple syrup, maple candies, and other delicious maple treats. I highly recommend making the trip to visit this educational but super fun place!
